Yes, it is generally illegal to reuse a stamp that hasn’t been franked, as this is considered mail fraud. Once a stamp is used to send mail, it should not be used again, regardless of whether it has been canceled or not. Reusing unused stamps violates postal regulations and can lead to penalties. Always check local postal laws for specific regulations.
Yes. After a postage stamp is sent, it is stamped with ink by the post office. If that postage stamp is used again and the ink is noticed, it will probably just be sent back to you.

If i has a USSSA stamp on it then Yes. If it doesn't it is illegal TO USE IN A GAME.
Not legally! It is a Federal crime in the US to reuse postage. It is also difficult because the wavy edges of the stamp mean that when you try to take it of it will rip of the edges. There is also sometimes two cuts in the middle that will also make the stamp tear if you try to remove it.
I don't believe so. But, you must pay for a tax stamp...................

No, you have to have a tax stamp from the ATF... but with that stamp it is 100% legal.
It's illegal due to copyright and fraud. So no.
Removing the cancellation from a United States Postage stamp for the purpose of reusing it is illegal and constitutes fraud. It is a federal offense. Just pay the 44 cents!
