Depends which country you will be selling these in.The question of BUYING remains a grey area in Law and still disputed since a lot of people apply the rule of ignorance here and claim that it is for their "personal use"being fully aware and satisfied that they are buying "REPLICAS" ..so far NO LAWS TECHNICALLY broken here...As long as you don't end up buying dozens and dozens..

As for the SELLING bit...Well ..well..well..

Normally in the UK, USA and Europe -you would be committing an offence and the Trading Standards officers along with the Police would arrest you,CONFISCATE the replica goods,and haul you before the Magistrates Courts,where if you plead GUILTY to the charge[s[ then you should expect a hefty fine,on the other hand... should you plead "NOT GUILTY- at the Magistrates Court then the matter will be dealt,either there and then by the Magistrates,depending on the amount involved and the Magistrates jurisdiction to hear the case and severity of the offence,or transfer the case to the higher Courts before a jury,and if found guilty then expect a heavy fine,or a CUSTODIAL SENTENCE or BOTH!
