their must be ways around it.I am a plumber in VA and we don't have it we average 55-60 hrs a week.alot of small businesses here don't pay it.theres always some loophole.we are on something called ticket time(paid by the time on your service ticket)but even at 40+ no O.T. same thing with alot of other guys I talk too.different reasons though.I don't think overtime is even the norm here for small business
