Five people were robbed by a group of young bandits armed with a pellet-gun early Friday in downtown Charleston, and the youngest of the alleged criminals was 11 years old. The robbery occurred about 12:15 a.m. at Broad and Legare streets. The victims gave police a description of the robbers and their getaway car, and police arrested three people after a traffic stop about 10 minutes later, said Charles Francis, police public information officer. Tyler Griham, 18, of Elgin and an 11-year-old boy and 14-year-old girl are each charged with five counts of armed robbery, Francis said. The juveniles were not named because of their age
