Civil Responsibilities
The obligations each citizen has to the nation are known as citizenship rights. This mainly include protecting the nation in all ways by being patriotic.
Nationalism. Communtiarianism (which could refer to puting the interests of any community including a nation above those of it's members) Fascism sometimes because Fascists were into that.
An entity's obligations to outside parties who have furnished resources are known as:
Cuba. The event was known as the Mariel Boatlift, and the Cubans who left were called Marielitos.
Peru IS a nation. Its citizens are called Peruvians.
The citizens of Paris are known as Parisians.

In nations where citizens hold political power either directly or through elected representatives, those governments are known as democracies. In a democracy, the authority of the government is derived from the will of the people, and citizens have the right to participate in decision-making processes. This can occur through direct voting on issues or by electing representatives to make decisions on their behalf.
Is known as a "Republic." Not to be confused with a "Democracy," which is defined as a government run by the people. The United States government is a "Representative Democracy," which is where citizens choose who represents them and runs the country.
