Do not know what you mean by 'insurance loan'?
It's a gray area. I know that if you drive in a state and you have a learners permit form another state, your supervising driver is responsible. It's a gray area. I know that if you drive in a state and you have a learners permit form another state, your supervising driver is responsible.
All you have to do is learn your signs and rules of the road such as what not to do on the road and what you can do on the road. Also you need to know what ceartin lines on the road mean you dont actually drive to get your learners permit.

Young motorists must obtain a Tennessee learners permit before they may apply for an intermediate or regular driving license. As such, motorists may obtain a DMV learners permit if they are at least 15 years of age, attend school and pass a knowledge exam and vision screening. After getting a permit for driving, motorists may practice operating a vehicle with a licensed driver older than 21 years of age. Once motorists hold a DMV drivers permit for a minimum of 180 days, they may apply for an intermediate driver license. No. Drivers Licenses in the US do transfer from state to state but permit rules, time frame, and conditions vary in each state. To get a license in the state you move to, you have to get a new permit and finish all requirements in that state to get your license. I ran into this problem when I moved to CA one month before I reached the 1 year mark in Florida. When I got here I had to start all over from scratch with a new permit. ---- Visit http://www.florida-firsttimedriverscourse.com/ to know more about Florida Learners Permit.
