They are listed as a drug.
eat it when/wherever you see them.
As far as I know they are strictly illicit drugs, meaning they are highly illegal and dangerous. There are some very hefty fines and long jail sentences involved for anyone caught in possession or dealing magic mushrooms. I'd say its best not to delve into illegal drugs... :)
Well, shrooms are illegal in the US. Some states will charge you with a felony if convicted, while others say it is just a misdemeanor charge. Since shrooms grow everywhere in America, police will not arrest you for having some growing in your front yard. So, even if the police are ABLE to identify the mushrooms as "magic," then they still cannot arrest you. But if you have shrooms that you have dried, then you can get charged with possession, and large amounts could mean 'intent to sell.' -Zakk
yess From treating depression to helping manage alcohol addiction, researchers say legal medical “magic mushrooms” have many potential benefits.
In short, sometimes. Magic mushrooms are illegal in the US. Some states will charge you with a felony if convicted, in others it may only be a misdemeanor. Since magic mushrooms grow everywhere in America, police will not arrest you for having some growing in your front yard. So, even if the police are ABLE to identify the mushrooms as "magic," then they still cannot arrest you, unless of course you are growing the mushrooms inside your house or otherwise obviously in cultivation. But if you have shrooms that are dried, then you can get charged with possession of an illegal drug, and large amounts could mean 'intent to sell'. There have been different case law scenarios where some states have proven them legal and others not so much. In some cases such as in Florida supreme court it was found that magic mushrooms are considered a 'container' of psilocybin unless clearly specified in federal law as such. Since they are not, then possession of magic mushrooms is legal. In other states this same principle has not held up in case laws. Either way mushroom spores are legal to buy from a variety of vendors online. The only exception is with the states of GA, ID, and IL where the states have passed laws restricting their sale.
No.You could simmer a large amount of magic mushrooms in water, fresh or dry, and extract the active ingredient, and inject that into your arm, but I'm not totally sure what would happen. So the question you really want to know is, can you administer psilocybin intravenously.Yea, you can but the effects would probably be different, i.e. different on-set, peak, come down, but eating them is a much safer, healthier way to take magic mushrooms so I say stick to that if you want to partake.
The drug Mesculine found in Mushrooms is on the same level as class A cocaine. Therefore much more of a penalty as say if u got caught with Marijuana. Also it depends upon state law that determines the amount of Grams that it takes for class B Felony
I'd say a very messed up trip followed by death, that's just an educated guess though.

Yes, it is appropriate to say, 'in possession of a benefice'.
Usually, one gram of dried mushrooms is considered to be a dose. However, there are many factors that determine how much you need, such as your weight, your experience and the potency of the mushrooms.
To say 'magic' in Romano language, say it as 'mamioro'.
