A court appointed trustee will ask simple questions in regards the your bankruptcy. My meeting only lasted about 1 minute (they were in a rush). I showed my ID's then I was sworn in, asked if my signature on my petition was mine and if I read and understood the petition. If I was married, single etc. How old I was?
