What happens when your a minor and you get caught drug trafficking?

It depends in which country you live. In countries like the Netherlands and Spain nothing will happen because it is a tolerated drug. If you are under 16 then, like cigarettes, you may have it confiscated and a caution from the Police. In more totalitarian countries like the USA, Saudi Arabia and Asian countries then punishments can be more severe.

Smoking tobacco underage is a misdemeanor, A ticket and a ride home to, or call to, the parents is generally the norm.

For marijuana it varies state by state, by how much the child was arrested with, and what he was doing (Or should i say attempting to do) when he was arrested.

Well, nothing good. I have a court date tmwr for drug trafficing. if you really got caught drug traffiing as a minor like my self this is most likely how you should play it from here on out.

I first had my parents find a good lawyer (not more then 2 grand)

and what hes going to do for me, because its pr obvious i committed this offense so i would be proven guilty, but anyway, he makes a deal with a state saying if i do, then we won't put a felony on your record and send you to jail. but basically the yada is community service, probation, and other such things depending on the judge and scenario and possible things.

What your going to want to do with this deal is your lawyer is going to have you make what is called a "good guy package" basically making your self look good.

whats included in this:

1. Letters from your friends stating who you are as person and why they think they wont see you again in court or why you still have a potential future.
2. two letters from your self one stating your apology, and two ,again, why they wont see you back in court.
3. a copy of your grades and school attendance
4. as well as anything else that would look good in my case, i completed impatient and out patient rehab and tested clean for three months.(looks very good)
5. but. here's the catch you cant get caught doing anything.(bad grades, tickets {even curfew} look very bad, i got a marijuana ticket shortly after i completed out patient, looking extremely bad.

basically get an attorney, talk to him about a good guy package if he doesn't suggest it, stay good, and that's the best you'll get,

btw I'm being pressed with drug trafficking, drug paraphernalia(sp) and attempt to overdose. and im facing (3 months to 1 year in jail, 1-3 years in jail, and other charges but my conern is the 1-3 for drug trafficking.) you might want to stay sober. when i was in rehab i heard that this guy didnt have to go back from one of his prior offenses beause when he got to rehab he tested clean and dint have to go, he ended up there for different reasons. reguardless if the out come of your court case is going to rehab make sure your clean!
