You cannot force her to go and don't make her but what you should do is find out why she does not want to see her as sometimes (heaven forbid) they are being abused in some way or another and of course it could just be rebellion if he is just strict.
If the father has visitation rights this will cause a problem. He can file a motion for contempt on the child's mother if she fails to obey the visitation order. The problem of the children not wanting to visit their father must be addressed and the court order modified if necessary. A hearing may need to be scheduled.

If the father has to have someone to supervise the visitation with his children then something is very wrong in the first place. Either he was abusive physically or mentally with the children. Children may not always know what is right and wrong, but they do have instinctiveness and they probably are extremely uncomfortable with this arrangement. Please see a lawyer and explain what is happening and see if you can get complete custody over the children. Children are the #1 factor in a divorce and they are not a bone to be fought over. I wish you good luck.
He is the father of 11 children.
The child is always free to express their wishes, either in court or by writing a letter to the judge in charge of their custody/visitation. If the judge feels the child provides valid reasons why they no longer wish to visit their father, the visitation order may be modified. However, court ordered visitation must continue until that happens, if it happens. Otherwise, the mother could be found in contempt of court and fined or even jailed for their child's failure to obey court ordered visitation.

My 11 yr. old son has not seen his father in nearly 8 yrs, (his father never visited), now, the father wants to see him, my son doesnt want to, can we ask the judge to consider my sons wishes? Isnt what his father doing over the past 8 yrs considered "child neglect, mental abuse?"
