I work for the boaed of eduction in summit county Ohio, I would like to know if someone could tell me if I can loss my job for this code, (2925.11- possission of drug-any violation that isn't a minor misdemeanor) that's the code on my Journal Entry but its a misdemeanor. (Ohio administrative code rule 3301-20-010) says this about employment of individuals with criminal convictions. I don't understand what this is saying. This happen 12 years ago. Can somedody halp me with this. P.S. they know about this and hired me still, I have been there for 4 years but know we have to do BCI and FBI backround checks.
