There are several firearms that were the only one of its type made. As such, they would be tied for the "Most rare" category. My personal choice for the most rare (and weird) would be a revolver- the .307 Schneelock. It fired a triangular bullet. Only one specimen known to exist- and no, not a joke- that really IS the name.
