What is the legal age for piercing in South Carolina?

If you are 13-15 you need picture verification, your parental guardian, and a doctors note saying you can get the piercing.

Or if you are 16 or 17 you just need picture verification, and your parental guardian.

If your mom has a different last name than you, some places make you bring proof of the name change as well.

Some places just don't even give piercings to anyone under 16.

I am pretty sure in all states the age is 18. Maybe though, with a parent/gardian with you, you can get it at whatever age you want. Not sure though, I would say 18 to be safe.

Unfortunately 21. You can be 18 if you have a parent's permission.
