Prepare yourself. There is no way to do this without a process that spans several months - they don't make it easy.

Their phone number is: 888-823-6512
Their fax number is: 856-770-3453

Their postal address is:
Raytheon QDRO Benefits Center
P.O. Box 7825
Ocala, FL 34478-7825

However:

- They require you to write to them first, by postal mail. They won't talk with you (except to tell you to snail-mail them) until they have received your written request by mail to the address above. Ostensibly they will snail-mail you back some template documents, although mine never arrived.

- After they have received your postal mail, they *will* take a phone call from you.

- They will concede to email you blank template documents, but state that they cannot reply to any email you send them.

- They allow you to either fax or snail-mail them a draft document based on their template. Upon their receipt, the draft goes into review, which will take "10-14 business days" (They didn't put mine into review until I called two weeks after faxing , and they "found" it and submitted it. Five weeks after that I had to call back again for a status update.)

- After their review is complete, they will then send you back a response by snail-mail with either approval or details on what needs to be changed. They will not fax or email a response, and they will not call you.

- If changes are required, the send/review/reply by mail procedure is repeated, again taking several weeks plus time in the mail.

The Raytheon QDRO Benefits Center is outsourced to a company called ExcellerateHRO [ http://www.excelleratehro.com/ ]. They won't tell you this, but it's the domain that they email from.

I wish you the best of luck, and sincerely hope that this is easier for you than it was for me.
