It would depend heavily on several variables:
* How much time the offender has served. * How that time has been served: how many disciplinary actions have been served on the offender. * The nature of the crime. * The level of remorse demonstrated by the offender. * The level of family and close relation support the offender has. * The potential for employment upon release. * Potential living arrangements during parole (considering also the crime and proximity of potential addresses to any victims of that crime). * Victim/Witness opinion. * Any perceived benefit by the offender to the facility where the offender is housed currently. (Yes, this is considered before releasing offenders-I have known two offenders who served more than ten years each after possible parole dates because the services they performed for the facility were deemed of greater need than any the offender had related to release.) * Whether the offender has completed sufficiently any required programs: i.e. school, rehabilitative service such as AA or drug counseling). * Clearance by Psych Services. * Available placement with a Parole Officer in the area to which the offender hopes to parole. * And, finally, the whims of the Parole Board and the Rhode Island Department of Corrections. These considerations are actually typical for every state in the US, and others could be specific to individual states. If you are the family member of an incarcerated person whom you are attempting to assist in securing parole, and you need assistance, contact one of the advocacy groups that are active in this process such as CAPPS, or American Friends. The Possibility of an Island was created in 2005.
You can't. Users are always the "good guys". However, you can copy the costumes of the supervillains on Super Power island (Betty Jetty is paroled to play on "Reality TV Island").
Since you defeat the Black Widow to escape, she is likely in prison. Evidently she is paroled occasionally to play on Reality TV Island. (see related question)

"Spy Island", which was opened on September 9, 2008.
Spy Island is out alredy. Spy Island is out alredy.
Spy Island, the sixth island of Poptropica, was released on September 9, 2008.
They are probably sent to prison, the Black Widow with a long sentence and her right-hand man at least some years. They cannot be seen on the island after it is completed. Evidently, the Widow has made some sort of deal, as she ends up paroled (temporarily?) as a contestant on Reality TV Island.
It was aired from September 26, 1964 to September 4, 1967.
Early Poptropica was the first island, released in September 2009.
Crusoe got deposited on his island in September 1659 after a shipwreck.
Shark Tooth Island was the second island on Poptropica and premiered in September, 2007.
