excellent question, most people don't know about the "SOL" but specifically what it pertains to is how long a company has to bring about a law-suit in an attempt to collect the debt. don't know exactly on your state but do know it's at least 5 years and b\c your neighbor state of Ohio is unusually high, like 10+ years, it's probably going to be as high as 10 years.
