This is a Secret Shopper Scam, where they send you a check that you have to cash at your bank- then mail them back the rest of the money. Of course the check is bad. They send out emails telling you that they are hiring in your area because they know people are dispirit for work. Just delete the email or do not answer their phone calls the phone number is 360 - 282- 9374.
