If you did something and did not tell? it depends.. crime- Get caught. go to jail Something amazing- nothing at all nothing of great importance- doesn't matter lied- nothing if you dont get caught... However, if he has done nothing physically with this other person, then i wouldn't consider it cheating. I guess it comes down to what your definition of "cheating" is. If he hugs someone else is that cheating?
