Your driving record starts fresh when you get a license in a new state, BUT your INSURANCE RECORD follows you around, where ever you go. All states are linked now so if you have a hold on your license in one state when you go to get your license in another state they won't let you get your license until the hold is removed in whatever state that is.

I'm sorry, but no. Driving a moped is that extra option to get around town without a legal license to drive a car. Although, the rules for Michigan are as follows. You must go to the Secretary of State, with a guardian. -You need proof of Identification, with age, picture, name. Youngest starts at 15 years of age. With a fee, you can purchase the permit. The moped must have an up to date sticker as well. Hope I helped! <3 raegiraffe.blogspot.com
