No, not as far as I know! Firstly, we don't call them felons, or convicts, or ex cons. We call individuals with a criminal record just that, individuals with a criminal record. Although I can't swear this, I would find it very difficult to believe that any judge could order a prohibition of not drinking to any individual with criminal convictions.
