That is very ambiguous. Free Speech is often always illegal to some degree. in the US any speech that the court decides incite violence is illegal, although this is not in the Constititution. In Germany, denouncing the Holocaust is illegal. On many social websites like Youtube, hate speech is illegal, and in many institutuion such as bussinesses and schools, hate speech or disruptive/disrespectful comments may result in termination. However anti-free speech is taken to a new extreme in China where anyone speaking out against the government is sent to a work camp and later has their organs sold. Also now in the internet age, many websites that insult bussinesses or seem to use hate speech against certain groups are being destroyed for socioeconomic reasons and justified with claims such as infrigment of character( basically saying negative and sometimes vague or unture / not fact based or not fact provided) claims about bussinesses. The same is true for hate speech against groups on many websites which infringe on"terms of violation" and supposedly incite violence or violate copyrights causing tons of suing, terminating, and suspending, but no nation or institution has as much free speech viloations as China, North Korea, Syria, Zimbabwe, and Sudan.
