I do am sorry but you will not find a state where they sue a woman or married man being a homewrecker. From the west coast to the east coast home wrecker will always be that person that become the married man mistress.

Added: I believe that you are referring to an offense that used to be known as "Alienation of Affection." Very few states still recognize the cause of action, but it still does exist in Hawaii, Illinois, North Carolina, Mississippi, New Mexico, South Dakota and Utah. Even in those states, however, this suit is rarely asserted, and even more rarely won.
