No, a relative cannot tell a 17-year-old to leave home without proper authorization. In Pennsylvania, a minor cannot legally leave home without parental consent until they are 18. If the minor leaves without permission, the relative could be held legally responsible. It is recommended to follow legal procedures or seek proper advice before taking any action.
well she should not i got a brother that's 16 and he does that
no you can not i thought i could do that with no fight but there was .
18
A child can leave home WITH parents' consent at 16, or without it if they are leaving an abusive or neglectful situation. A child can leave home without parental consent at 17. This is the current legislation in the UK.
Only if you have a person or relative living with you it's OK!
In the UK you are still legally a child at this age and so if you left home without parents' consent and your parents cared enough to intervene, they could involve the police/social services to step in and either return you home or have you placed in the care of someone else - another relative or foster family. You need to be 18 to do what you like. Of course, people younger than 16 just leave home and live on the streets every year but that would be a very bad idea.
with out my journal
Go live with a relative. I did this when I was that old. I went to live my aunt and uncle in Calif and graduated from high school there. * If you leave home without parental permission or being emancipated, then your parents can report you as a runaway and have you returned home. You can go live with a relative IF your parents agree to allow it.
