It was the young student of University of Chicago, Philip Glarbo. His was at the age of 23 when arrested (1973) and confessed to killing over 200. From a young age his father Martin (whom was never caught because he was found dead in his apartment in 1972) taught Philip how to kill without leaving any evidence behind. The two of them went of killing sprees across the US for about 10 years until they settled down in a suburb of Chicago, where Philip attended high school and graduated with surprising high grades considering he hadnt had much of a stable education. Philip Glarbo was convicted for 100 something murders along with assisting his father in killing around 98 victims. He was raped and killed his first week in jail. He was sentenced to 980 years in prison with no parole.
