As a general thing, I don't believe they do. Sometimes on TV or in the movies you'll see a Hasidic or otherwise Orthodox Jew dressed in black with a hat, and some long hair hanging down on either side of his face. This is from the Old Testament, Leviticus 19:27, a verse that says:

"Ye shall not round the corners of your heads, neither shalt thou mar the corners of thy beard."

Some Jews honor that. Those long strands on either side of their face are called "sidelocks", not "dreadlocks", though.
