Well, yes and no. This is dependent upon the situation. For the most part, all parents are accountable for their children's behavior until they leave home at the legal age of 18. Parents should realize when a child is out of control and take necessary measures in order to prevent the criminal behavior in the first place through love, care, and teaching both through word and deed. Nevertheless, there are circumstances our teens (especailly) find themselves in which are difficult at best and behavior gets out of hand and is hard to prevent. In these cases, and all others the court is usually the deciding factor. The judge, based upon the evidence and history of the situation and child, will decide who pays for said crime.
Both parents should.
If the grandparents have had custody the parents of the child have to pay them child support. If you by child care mean daycare that is also the parents who pay for that.
Both parents should pay child support. They both take care of their children.
Parents should have to pay because obviously the parent is lacking on something which makes the child lack and not go to school
You should pay child support for your children whether it is court ordered or not as it is the right of your child to received financial support from both parents
They shouldn't. There should be Bird Nest Custody where the parents share the cost of the children's home. see link
No, only the biological parents pay for their child.
Yes, minors who become parents have to pay for their child. If the parent who has to pay support can not pay, his parents can be ordered to do so by the court until he can.
Most single parents do not pay child support. The absent parent pays the child support.
No, the parents may be fined for child negligence, but that's about it. Children can have charges put on a juvenile record, as well can be sent to a juvenile correction institution for a short period of time depending on the severity of their crime.
No, because outside influences probaably affected their chil'dbehavior and the parents have no way of knowing what happens every second of their lives. Plus, their child should be held on probation and do some kind of community service to reimburse the damage.
Yes of course if they are under the age of prosecution. The parent is the legal guardian of the child so is responsible for that child's actions. Yes and they should because if someone did that to get them in trouble they will be mad n day be getting prank and shi t so yea
