It is spelled Nuremburg and it is the name of a place in Germany. There were MANY laws. Before World War 2, in 1935, Hitler made it a crime for Jews and Germans (essentially) to breed. He also removed the citizenship of the Jews.

After the war, in 1945, the most famous laws that were created had to do with making Nazi soldiers accountable for their war atrocities against the Jews. Since most claimed they were only doing their job and following order - laws were created outlining how a soldier must use his own concience and that certain acts were criminal in spite of being ordered to do them. This was known as the Nuremburg Trials. Sometimes also spelled Nuhremburg
