AF Form 1118, Notice of Hazard. The Notice of Hazard is considered a sign and is posted at or near the identified hazard for for three days minimum or until corrected. Standard colors for these signs are black letters on a white background with a red border. This document is filled out by the owning safety office and given to the owning supervision for posting. Refer to AFI 91-301 for detailed instructions on the use of this sign.
