It is crucial for police to understand the sections of the charter because they outline the rights and freedoms of individuals, guiding law enforcement in their duties to uphold the law while respecting citizens' rights. This knowledge helps prevent violations of constitutional rights, fosters trust between the community and police, and protects officers from legal repercussions. Understanding these provisions also aids in implementing fair and effective policing practices, ensuring accountability and transparency in law enforcement.
Without the police understanding their duty to the law and the rights that are expressed in the constitution you have police that don't protect civil rights or the people they are sworn to serve.
value depends on overall condition. charter arms maybe $150 if good........
tell your friend that the things aren't THAT important, and hope that they understand. if not then you might have to ignore it, or try to them again and again that its not that important.
100-300 or so
I hear and understand you.

You may have the P71 Package (Police Interceptor), in which these sections of the taillamps are separate for police strobe lamps.
not important
States provide many services to the citizens. Among the most important are: Providing for the general welfare of the citizens. Building roads and providing adequate transportation Establishing courts Providing police for enforcement of laws and protection of citizens Enforcing the laws of the state Charter banks, issue licenses, charter corporations Provide for public safety Provide for health care Establish schools Provide utilities
There are no accurate numbers for that. Charges can be laid by the government, the people and even the police (as people) so no doubt it happens. Charges can also be dropped for many reasons and I doubt they would ever say it was because the office making the charge did not understand the Charter. Then there are charges dropped because the government does not want a charter challenge. We used to have a law making pocket knifes with locking blades illegal. They were considered automatic knifes which everybody knows from 1950's movies are really bad. Many people were charged with having an illegal knife but these charges were almost always dropped as the law would never survive a challenge and the police want the power to declare any edged device illegal. I do not recall any of those charges being dropped recorded as due to Charter.
Don't understand the question. Filing a false report with the police is a self-explanatory phrase!!
Depending on condition, your Charter Arms revolver is worth about $180-220.
