How effective was the New Deal by 1938?

Dear Fellow Stranger:D ha ha, well I'm doing this in my history class! :) by the year 1938 the new deal seemed to be pretty effective. but hun, at that point, it wasn't really called the new deal. it was called Roosevelt's Recession. either way though. Not like i should be showing you this but here is something i put in my report. maybe this will help you understand the effect it had more... the outcome of the Roosevelt Recession had on the United states would be; employment regained at the end of 1941. Personal Income was almost back at what it was at in the year 1919. The farm population dropped 5%, but farm output was up 19% in 1939. Being all of this said, The Roosevelt Recession didn't have a good effect on America, it had an AMAZING effect on America! well there you go:) i know i would have wanted an answer;) hope it was what you were looking for!! love, pixi<3
