{| |- | Georgia does not have an emancipation statute. Pregnancy does not confir adulthood on the minor. The minor does have certain rights when it comes to getting health care and support for themselves and their child. |}
A counselor from school referred me to a local support group at a nearby highschool, you may want to try that. There's a lot more girls out there in your situation than you may think! I don't know if there is a support group for parents with pregnant teenagers, but if not, there needs to be, because this is a epidemic, and these girls seems to be totally clueless as to what they're getting themselves into. Hi, I don't know of a forum dedicated to pregnant teens. But I just started a forum this week for parents period. And speaking as a woman that got pregnant at 16 and then 18, I can tell you that it's not the end of the world for these teens. Having parents and/or friends and family around is the best thing for them right now. They need support and to be told that it won't be easy but that everyone will help them so that they can finish school and get careers.
{| |- | No they cannot. Until they are adults they remain the responsibility of their parents. Being a parent under the age of majority does not change that. However, they minor does have rights when it comes to the child and should contact social services in their community to discuss their options. |}
Seven percent of teens use marijuana or have experimented with marijuana. Teens and adults in the United States both smoke marijuana recreationally.
Many states in the United States have passed Romeo and Juliet laws, which provide a legal exception to allow consensual sexual activity between teens close in age. Some states include California, Florida, Illinois, Texas, and Virginia. Each state may have its own specific guidelines and age limitations for these laws.
Pregnancy/giving birth does not emancipate a minor in any state. It makes sense if you think about that a 10yo can get pregnant and as emancipated you have to make your own living. Having sex does not mean you are mature enough to be on your own and often not good enough as a parent. You will most likely have a lot to learn and that's where parents come in.
Only with parental consent. Pregnant teens are only emancipated and can decide fully over the pregnancy and their own health. Everything else is like before.

PPL is open for everyone who is pregnant but there are no clinics only for pregnant teens. I doubt there would be enough patients for that.
Teens cannot get pregnant in the sims 3, because EA does not want to be seen to be encouraging youngsters to get pregnant. 'Teenagers' refers to minors, as well as older teens, so it is best that they do not have the ability to get pregnant.
The docter.
Teens cannot get pregnant unless you make the adults shorter with a cheat to make them look like teens but even then they are still adults.
