Child sexual abuse is typically a crime relying solely on the testimony of the child, and because false allegations of child sexual abuse are extremely rare, it is likely that most cases are won without the testimony of the child or the accused.
MOST places will separate the child from the family until the end of an investigation during which time the child is in custody of child services If a child was to runaway to a friends house then call child services this would be the scenario if my knowledge is still up to date and I'm 95% it is
If it is sexually oriented "cuddling" yes. If the child has been previously abused and acts out sexually any private relationship with that child could ruin your life. Even if you are 100% pure with the child and you spend time alone with him/her, if the child knows what to talk about they could easily identify you as a molester and the odds are the legal system would act quickly to "protect" them. If there are warning bells going off in your head, listen to them.
It depends on what type of evidence you mean, and what type of photograph is being taken, and who is taking the photograph. Since you're talking about "evidence", I'll assume you mean taken by an agent of government such as a police officer, child protective service worker, etc. The simple answer is yes. If the photograph is of your child, fully clothed, in a public area and is being used for identification purposes, there is no expectation of privacy, thus no invasion of privacy or violation of 4th Amendment search and seizure protections. If the photograph is of the child's body, especially an under clothes photograph used as evidence of physical injury or abuse, the answer is also yes when ordered by a Court and conducted under power of subpoena. If the photograph is taken by a private citizen, there is no violation of civil rights because the Constitution only offers safeguards against governmental action. However, there may be laws against it in your particular state of residence.
Assembly Bill 1227, also known as the "CSEC Prevention and Services Act of 2016," made it clear that commercially sexually exploited children fall under the purview of the child welfare system in California. This law mandates that these children be considered victims of abuse and neglect and be provided with appropriate services and support.
To me the most important evidence in the case of the death of Nicole Brown (and Ron Goldman) were the testimony of witnesses (the pool house tenant and the person he was talking to on the phone, the limo driver, the skycap at the airport), the actions of the defendant before the crime and immediately following; the statements of the defendant regarding his actions of that day; the identity of the blood samples from various locations; and the implausible effort of the defendant to try the gloves on at the trial (I would have difficulty putting my own leather gloves on if I was wearing latex gloves, try it). The letters that Ms. Brown left in the safe deposit were very chilling, as well as the recordings of her calls to 911; they were examples of a textbook abusive situation and the voice of the victim from the grave. Excellent secondary evidence. Then the "conspiracy" theory of the defense was very telling also, but you didn't ask about that.

If a parent suspects their child is being sexually abused, they should first ensure the child's immediate safety and well-being. It's important to approach the child gently, encouraging them to share their feelings without pressure or judgment. Seeking professional help, such as contacting a child psychologist or counselor, can provide necessary support and guidance. Additionally, it's crucial to report the suspicion to the appropriate authorities, such as child protective services or law enforcement, to ensure the child's safety and initiate an investigation.
