For a certainty, mob justice is no justice at all. There was an incident where thieves robbed someone and ran. The person they robbed ran and took their belongings back from the robbers. The custom is to scream: " thief, thief", if you are being robbed. Unfortunately, the robbers reversed this rule. The robbers screamed thief and a crowd of people surrounded the innocent one and killed him immediately. In their minds they thought they were killing a thief. With that being said, it is better, for the most part, to leave these matters to the courts. Even then, we hope that any accused person is treated fairly. Too many innocent people have been incarcerated or executed/murdered in the name of justice.

What is the difference between circle justice and going to jail?

Going to jail typically involves punitive measures where individuals are incarcerated as a form of punishment for their actions, with a focus on isolation and deterrence rather than rehabilitation.

Justice is more important than peace metaphorical or literal?

Metaphorically, justice can be seen as establishing fairness, equality, and righteousness, which can ultimately lead to harmony and peace in society. However, striving for justice should not come at the expense of peace, as peaceful resolutions and understanding can sometimes be more effective in addressing conflicts and fostering long-term stability. Both justice and peace are vital elements in creating a just and equitable society.
