Be honest with your mom about why you need it back and make a sincere promise to address any concerns she might have. Ask her calmly and respectfully if you can have it back, and be prepared to accept her decision even if it is not in your favor. Communication and understanding are key in situations like this.

Can your mum claim deceased dads pension?

In general, if a deceased person was receiving a pension, their surviving spouse or dependent may be eligible for survivor benefits. The specifics of who can claim the pension would depend on the pension plan's rules and the specific circumstances, so it's best to contact the pension provider for guidance.

Would it be ethical for a certified medical assistant to give advice to her own family members?

Very unethical, just think about it. You diagnose say your mum with an STD, then you go home, and everyone wants to talk about it. What happens to doctor-patient confidentiality? YOU as a medical professional cannot talk about it, but as a family member you can. Meaning you are left in a sort of limbo, you can but you can't. Plus, you are stuck between a rock and a hard place, what if you diagnose, god forbid, something awful in one of your family members, something that once you tell them, they wish you didn't know about? Plus, if you misdiagnose do you really want to be put in to a law suit between you and a family member?

What legal or local guidelines would you need to think about before completing the task?

You should consider local regulations regarding building codes, permits, and environmental impact assessments. In addition, you should ensure compliance with any zoning laws, health and safety regulations, and any specific guidelines related to your industry or type of business.

Can a 15 year old move out with her 16 year old boyfriend?

**Well Hi, my names Lauren , Im 15 nearly 16 my mock exams came out A's, B's & C's , My boyfriend is 16 , Just got ABC 's in his exams to , ive known him most of my life, i met him when i was 9 , and we got together when i was 12 , ( he asked me may i ad ! ) lool ,Really what im tryna say is really he's great makes me happy , and without him i feel like ive lost a leg.. he's apart of my life now. we've been together and in love for around 5, 6 years now and everyday i stil see that twinkle in his eys & my own. If yuno what i mean , their isn't a day it disapears or takes a lazy day off , we've never stopped being in love and he has proposed but we have both agreed when were old enough and ready, but i trust him and that's the main thing and he has never ever upset me if anything he spoils me. However if we do marry he will be in the army, as its something he wants to do , i wasnt ok with it at first and still not sure like i really don't want him to go as i believe he's the one, and also one of the good men out their, so it worries me, but i have to respect what he wants to do , and cant keep him locked in my arms forever! he has lived with me in the passed with my mum, but that's cause his parents passed away when he was about 9, so their was alot of confusion and stuff but we have always been their for each other, and it still hasn't put us off each other actually we love being together all the time when we have our brakes we just miss each other and still end up meeting up for like an hour or chat on the fne and honestly i fink he's amazing , ive never been so happy and proud of anyone in my entire life. The moving busiiness all started when i started argueing with my mum, we have been fighting alot and i do love her its just sometimes she says some hertful stuff, like calling me a slag , and saying she wishes i was dead and why don't i go live with my boyfriend , so that's where i thought of the idea, i know it sounds stupid but what if he got his own place or i moved in with him and his foster parents? i am nearly 16 and soon can learn off myself, we have gonee further as we have been together a very long time, and we are very happy together, i know im not a legal adult yet but in many ways i act older than i really am , an im a very independent young woman that likes to do my own things, i like to learn by myself , travel -> i like to go my own ways , if you give me money il use it wisely and plan out my day and ways to get their .. traveling plans and stuff, MOney -> i likee to do it myself, Yes im a very spoilt brat as some would say but im thankful and happy with choices and descions made, im quiet an easy outgoing person but when u first meet me im very shy and very stubbon , but i do try and im not satisfied unless i suceed in something ! LOL :L Well My main question is : As im nearly 16, And my boyfriend is 16 has a good job an all , Could i move in with him or him & his foster parents now ? Comment back, sorry its long and let me know your opinions , Thanks Lauren xxxxxxxx
