If you mean the word deterrent, you put it in the same way you'd put in any other noun. If you mean how do you include an actual deterrent in a sentence, it would normally be as a threat or warning, such as "If you try to cheat on your homework again, we'll give you a ridiculous-but-plausible-sounding answer that will let your teacher know you deserve to fail."
To put the word Revolt in a sentence just write the word revolt and add a period at the end. :P
