-There is no real answer to find anywhere. If people are saying that it is illegal because it is not approved by the FDA, then that means all herbal supplements are illegal to take since they are not regulated. As far as I know it is a grey area. It is legal to posses but injecting anything is technically illegal, including saline, unless prescribed. Most of the companies selling this are in the US and give their address out. I'm sure if it was illegal they would all be shut down. Especially since some of these places have been open for almost 10 years. For a full answer I would talk to an attorney, but I doubt even they will know what you are talking about.
