YES 100% legal....
By Law students can pray any time they wish to do so as long as it is not disrupting the class or the function of the school...
Prayer was never removed from public schools, the only legal restrictions the schools have concerning prayer is that the schools can not endorse any religion, nor make prayer or other religious acts manditory for students to participate in..Schools must remain 100% neutral concerning religion...
Schools often set aside free time for students so they can pray, observe moments of silence or pay other respects to a fallen class member, they also set time aside and provide grief counselling for students as well...Students who do not wish to participate are not required to do so...
By doing this the only thing the school is endorsing is the Free Time not the religious aspects...
Not allowed by ANY school system I have EVER heard of.

Schools can't make piercings "illegal," but each school has different rules; for example, some schools allow nose piercings, but studs, not hoops. Most schools, however, don't care or won't even see that you have a tongue ring.
Schools and school districts have the discretion to require uniforms. It is not necessary that all schools in the area/district be required for some to be required.

If you don't attend or go to that School, then yes it is. However, if you are a Student at that School, then it is whether the school authorities allow it or not.
It is definitely legal in the UK as my school and many others I know of allow children to pray.
Most schools have rules that don't allow cursing. As long as you have the right to say what is on your mind, etc., your 1st Amendment rights are not being taken away. Just say what you want, but don't swear. Everyone has rules that they must abide by.
The Oklahoma Senate Education Committee approved a bill that prohibits students under the age of 18 from dropping out of school.
A laptop and a legal dictionary. Some students also read books on study methods specific to law school. You will buy your textbooks once you arrive.
