No, there's no such thing. Unless the child is dependent on the parent and is under 18. The child has to go school where the parent wants them to, but there is not a law that states that.
Its not against the law...especially if the school asks you to leave your cell phones at home or in your locker or w.e but they shouldn't be able to search you for it unless they have probable cause so a teacher just says hey ima search you for your cell phone you politely decline and say i don't have one :)
In most cases, a 12 year old cannot live with her aunt and uncle without her parents' consent. Legal guardianship or court approval is typically required to change the child's living situation without the parents' permission.
The legal age for you to move out is 17, but in order for you to move out you must stay in school. State law says that if you do move out your parents cant force you to come back and the police can not do anything about it. We have to obey our parents because that's what The Bible says to do. You might think that they're just there to ruin your fun or make you hate them. But God gave us parents so that He can live through them. Our parents love us and only want what's best for us and them.
In Kentucky, seventeen is not the same age as eighteen. Until you are an adult, the law says the parents are responsible for the minor and where they live.
Randy says that kids want there parents to tell them No.
Whatever the school says, and nothing but that.

The kid is not not an adult so the parents make the child's decision. But nothing says the parents will choose the right religion.
It depends on whether the parents and children are in a certain religion. Because a few religions have the parents choosing life partners for their children. But if they haven't got a religion which says that they can choose their children's life partners, then it is wrong. At the end of the day, they can suggest who they want their kids to go with, but nothing more. Their children has the right to say who they want and who they don't, as ten to one they won't like the parent's choice.
Because it tells kids not to believe in god and all that and its says really bad suff about
no kids like uniforms. they try to change during. and get in trouble. get them a waiverr!!
School starts at 9:00. My guess is that it says school not in session because it's a weekend, or (if you have Sims 3 World Adventures installed), your Sim just returned from holiday.
The law says 18. The old one said 12.
