You cannot legally move out without parental consent unless you are emancipated.
In Richmond, VA, there is no specific legal age requirement for children to have their own bedroom. The decision is typically based on the number of children, their ages, and the living situation of the family. It is recommended that children have their own bedroom for privacy and personal space when possible.
With parental consent, it's around 13 or 14, I think. Without parental consent, it's 18 (with an ID or something, to prove your 18).
In Virginia, a 17-year-old who leaves home without parental permission may be considered a runaway. Parents are legally responsible for their minor children until they reach the age of majority, which is 18 in Virginia. It is advisable for the minor to seek guidance from a trusted adult or contact local authorities for assistance if facing issues at home.
Or could someone who is better fit to take care of the minor take legal guardianship over ? I have a sister who's 17 and we need to move out of our parents house because we have been neglected and abused our whole lives,we have a stable working friend who's also stable and kind family will take us in,but they can't until my sister is either emancipated or at least our parents can't legally control her anymore.
It may be possible to sue the VA for priapism if there was medical negligence or malpractice involved in the treatment provided. You would need to consult with a legal professional to assess the specifics of your case and determine the best course of action.

Yes. It is legal to refinance a home in VA. The purpose of refinancing is to repay your old loan with a new one. It might be a great idea for someone looking to file bankrupcy.
legal to operation scooter on Virginia
I think it sould be mostly up to the parent but it should be when the child is mature enough to handle themselves and emergency situations. They should not be left home alone for too long the first time and go over the emergency procedures with your child. You may gradually increase the time alone if it is okay with the child. DO NOT LEAVE THE CHILD ALONE IF THEY DONT WANT TO BE LEFT HOME ALONE!!!!!
18.
Not sure where you are, but in Missouri I was told the legal age is 12years old BUT they cannot be responsible for any other children.
