Three-fifths compromise
Your own question is a sentence with the word "agreement" in it. But you are probably asking about "grammatical agreement", otherwise known as "concord". It means that a singular form of a verb must be used with a singular noun. We say "the cat is sleeping" (one cat = singular). But "the cats ARE sleeping" (two or more cats = plural) The singular verb "is sleeping" must agree with the singular noun "cat". The plural verb "are sleeping" must agree with the plural noun "cats". When nouns and verbs are not in agreement, the sentence is grammatically wrong: for example "the cat are sleeping" or "the cats is sleeping".
The question is somewhat unclear. Once you have signed a 'plea agreement' the charges are no longer "pending" because you have already signed a plea agreement. By signing the plea agreement you have, in effect, pled guilty to the offense(s) for which you were charged, or a reduced version of them. You (or your attorney) can file motion to withdraw your plea if you wish, but by withdrawing the plea you once again make yourself subject to prosecution for the original (un-reduced) offense. If you are asking about how to have the charge(s) removed from your public record (expunged), you will have to look into the procedure that is in effect in your state.
The government of a city or town is determined by that community. They can put terms limits in place if they wish, but you will have to check the laws for the specific place you are asking about.
That would depend on the conditions you must follow according to the terms of your parole/probation you entered into for whatever reason. If your parole/probation agreement said that you were not to leave the country, then it would be a violation of the agreement if you were to do so. They could violate/terminate the parole/probation and file charge(s) against you for violating the parole/probation agreement. Your best bet is to contact your assigned parole/probation officer and get a written statement (signed) from them with the determination of whether you can leave the country without violating your parole/probation agreement. Written proof is the best way to cover your neck, just in case they say you left without first asking them, if it was all right to leave the country without violating your parole/probation agreement.
You can use a bank statement with your address. You can also use the rental agreement or lease to where you live, and if you live with someone a notarized letter stating you reside with said person and two proofs of their address.

No. Check the agreement they are asking you to sign.
Homosexuality is a sexual orientation. It can't be counted. If you are asking how many gay people there are, surveys vary, but about 3.5% to 8% of the population is gay.Homosexuality is a sexual orientation. It can't be counted. yes... what exactly is the question? Are you asking about taxation without representation?
How can a party conform to the agreement if they don't know what it is? And they can get a court order for it as well. It is easier just to give them a copy of the agreement.
yes actually its true!! good asking
A person can obtain a commercial lease agreement by asking their landlord to create one. After this is done, a commercial lease between the tenant and the landlord will be made.
Question too vague, equivalent to asking 'What is English determined by?' English/Chinese language? Race? Residents of a certain country, e.g. England/China?
Ryan determines the budget for menards by asking girls on facebook if they like him
by asking the store owner and coming to an agreement with him or her whether they should sell your clothing or not
I don't know what you're asking, really. But if you're asking if abstract ART represents reality or real life situations, i would say real life situations.
"Do you agree" is correct. "Are you agree" is wrong (you'd have to say "are you in agreement").
