Executive orders
Laws.
My reference's definition is as follows: "The system of law is a set of rules of conduct established by any organized society that are enforced by threat of punishment if they are violated." (See below cite:) The wording contained in the question is close enough to say that yes, it could be defined by that phraseology.
Authority, power, persuasion, and force
The court, ultimately, can do whatever it wants. The court system is the final arbiter of all laws and of what is right and what is not. While a court decision may ultimately be appealed up the chain of appellate courts sooner or later the decision the final court makes is the binding law and failure to abide by whatever that decision is would be illegal.
Being abducted is when someone uses force in order to take a person or a child away from their home or relatives while being kidnapped is being taken away or forcefully transporting a person against their will and holding them in false imprisonment, a confinement without legal authority. The kidnapping is usually done for a motive or for ransom.
Governments can and do impede free markets in many different ways. One example is trade tariffs on imports to promote the sale of their own goods. Another example would be state owned industries that eliminate competition. Finally, laws that regulate industries and therefore force competition.

It is the release of the binding force (strong force) by combining light elements OR splitting heavy elements. (Iron is the "ash"; least binding force per nucleon.)
A Strong Nuclear Force
Timeline of Ulster Volunteer Force actions happened in 1990.
No. Fission is the splitting of atomic nuclei, which releases binding energy. That is the nuclear force.
The nuclear force is what binds the nucleons, which are protons and neutrons, together in the nucleus of an atom. The binding energy is the amount of energy needed to break the atom apart. The one is a force, and the other is a measurement.
The force binding the individual nucleons (neutrons and protons) together inside the nucleus of an atom. :)

Scientology Task Force of the Hamburg Interior Authority was created in 1992.
Nuclear or nucleus binding energy are one and the same. IT is the force which is holding the nucleons together (protons and neutrons). Higher the binding energy , higher the stability of the nucleus.
the act of compelling by force of authority, using force to cause something
