On these, built their other rights such as right to be educated in a school with high academic standards and performansce; right to be reared and trained by parents, securing them wih their three basic needs, sucha s food shelter and clothing; right to gain access to every facilities of the community, right to be part of the mainstream activities that would develop their social, physical, mental and spiritual/moral aspects, and right to live upon decent living conditions.
