There are four primary motives for serial killers, Visionary, Mission-oriented, Hedonistic, or seeking Power or Control.
I believe Aileen Wuornos to be mission oriented. She attempted to justify her actions.
Aileen Wuornos was a female serial killer who targeted and murdered men in Florida between 1989 and 1990. She claimed that her killings were in self-defense, but was ultimately convicted and executed in 2002. Wuornos's troubled past, including a history of abuse and trauma, has been suggested as a contributing factor to her violent actions.
Prisoners should have their basic human rights protected, including access to healthcare and protection from abuse. However, restrictions on their freedom are necessary to ensure the safety of society and to hold them accountable for their actions. It is important to balance punishment with rehabilitation to facilitate their reintegration into society upon release.
"Punishment" is a common noun.
No, a license cannot be suspended solely due to a lawsuit in Kentucky. License suspension typically occurs as a result of certain violations or offenses, such as driving under the influence or failure to maintain auto insurance.

He was a serial killer. I posted the wikipedia article on Ed Kemper in the related links box below.
has there been a unknown serial killer who has committed the same kind of haneous crimes to the same magnitude as Harold Shipman or john Wayne gacy
A little of both. //It is now believed that the components involved in the making of a serial killer is a combination of 'nature and nurture'. Genetics and environment both contribute to this particular kind of killer. In most cases the killer is not suffering from mental illness but a personality disorder. This is why the 'insanity' defense usually does not apply, although it has been tried repeatedly by desparate defense attorneys.
The only kind I know about are killer whales.....
He uses it to create new flows and rhyme words that would not rhyme otherwise. Also, he has created a new persona, a kind of serial killer person.
That's the million dollar question. There's no way to do so right now. We don't have a solution because we don't even understand where the problem stems from. There are many hypothesis on how a serial killer is a serial killer, but none of them can give us a 100% insight to how they became who they became. Many serial killers have loads of things in common, like living in a dysnfuctional home and suffering head trauma as children. But we still can't find the problem. Until we know what the problem is, we cannot solve it.

Criminal experts predict that 1 serial killer will have 20 victims on average. Those 20 victims have numerous relatives, friends, coworkers, ect. So with the 'ripple effect' that's a lot of people. One victim's death can effect hundreds of lives. Then multiply that by the number of serial killers (could be up to 100 at any given time) in just the USA alone. The total is astounding. This kind of killer is a huge drain on society. To catch this type of killer is expensive. The man hours , mostly overtime, can send small community law enforcement into the red. If the killer is not caught within a short period of time, a task force is usually set up to organize the evidence and keep everyone on the same page, information wise. There is expensive DNA and other forensic testing that must be done. So the effects are far-reaching and expensive.

The only serial killer I could find for Missouri is Robert Berdella who in 1988 killed 6 men in Kansas City, MO. An important point to keep in mind is prior to WWII little was known about this kind of killer. It is very possible that Berdella was not the first serial killer in Missouri, but just the first that was held accountable for his crimes. Many times bodies are found but may not be associated with other crimes in the area. Today's crime fighters have the advantage of information at their fingertips with computers that link not just within a single country but with INTERPOL that connects on a world-wide level.
