The black codes
Bartholomew Roberts, also known as Black Bart, was born in Casnewydd-Bach, Pembrokeshire, Wales around 1682. He became one of the most successful pirates in history during the early 18th century.
Once upon a time in the early days of copying machines, black was clearly preferred because of the ease of copying it. However with today's technology it really no longer makes any difference. It may depend on medical facility's preference.
