And the north is dutch, witch makes belgium trillingual. I guess that makes it 3 countries that officially has 2 languages of french and German. (there might be more, but i doubt it) There are also universities that are both German and french, like neuchatel and freiburg in Switzerland, or university of Luxembourg. (and some other universities among the french German borders) Its often required to know both German and french to take degrees there.
