Spain is not a continent, it IS a country. Therefore, the only Spanish country, is Spain. Unless you are asking about a country in which people speak Spanish or emigrated from Spain. Sugar Cane was brought over to many Spanish speaking settlements during colonial times, and it's still grown extensively in Brazil and it's a very important crop. The country that seems to have claim to being the first to use and cultivate sugar cane is New Guinea, but that country is neither part of Spain nor do the Papuan people speak Spanish.
