Espero que pueda verle pronto
Goodbye = Adiós See you soon = Hasta luego/Hasta la vista
"Ver" is the spanish ver "to see." Pronto is the word for "soon." "You" is not a Spanish word. "Te veo pronto" would be "I'll see you soon." "Nos vemos pronto" is "We'll see each other soon."
An exclamation really. Hasta pronto! means "See you soon!".
You can end a pen pal letter in Spanish by saying "Saludos" (Greetings), "Hasta pronto" (See you soon), or "Un abrazo" (Hugs).
Spanish: Esperanza

Hasta Luego - See you later Hasta Pronto - See you soon
Hasta Luego - See you later Hasta Pronto - See you soon Hasta Luego is the more commonly used term in the Spanish culture, however. Hasta Pronto is the technical translation for "see you soon" but I don't think it is used in the same way English speakers use the term.
