There are four skills of a language which are equally important for getting linguistic competence.If some one wants to have linguistic competence,he needs to have full command over the four skills of a langauge.these skills have equal weightage and importance and equal inportnce, time, space and place should be given to them in the curriculum to them and non of them should be sacrificed at the cost of others.
