You can order a replacement spinner wheel for Samsonite luggage directly from Samsonite or any other place that sells the products. You can also find replacement parts at various other online retailers as well.

If the airline is responsible for the damage (when you checked your bag in with wheels and received it back without wheels), then you should report it immediately or within one week. If you notice it at the airport, report it to the airline baggage enquiries and receive your reference nr. They should then refer you to their luggage dealers for restoration, on their cost. Depending on the policy of the airline off course, but worth a try.

Be careful - Delta airlines will not cover any damage to the wheels :(

Call Leisure Merchandising Corp at 7325-346-9009 - They will send some parts free of charge. They did it for me.

It is generally better to find genuine Samsonite accessories in accredited Samsonite Stores which can be found nationwide. There are also online stores for this.
