shoelace accessory which fits to your existing shoelaces, no gluing or
tools required. It will secure your shoelace knot and it will not become

if you mean for riding a bicycle, you can't really, you have to ride with the shoelaces out of your shoes while riding or get biking shoes
Most shoes have rubber soles. Rubber is flexible so forms itself into minute cracks and imperfections on the floor. This means that there is a large amount of contact between the shoe and the floor, hence loads of friction to stop the shoe from slipping.

These are not called needles but spikes the spikes get put into the shoe. It's to stop you falling in crosscountry races and slipping on the track.It is actually quite confusing because as well as the shoe being called spikes the jaggy things are called spikes too.

if you have shoes with laces then you can make them as tight as you want, but if they come undone you have to stop to retie them. if you get no lace shoes then however tight they are, that's it but you don't need to worry about stopping to retie them. personally i like no lace shoes
